Wedding hair: a planning timeline
Beautiful bridal hair is mostly about planning. When everything is decided in advance, the morning of the wedding feels calm instead of rushed. Here is the timeline we walk every bride through.
Six months out, book your artist and your date. Good braiders and stylists fill up fast, especially in wedding season, so this is the step not to delay.
Two to three months out, do a trial. Bring photos, your headpiece or veil, and ideally have your hair the length and color it will be on the day. A trial is where we perfect the look and the timing.
The month before, lock the schedule for you and anyone in your party, and confirm whether we are coming to you. On-location styling means you never have to leave your suite.
The week of, keep your hair healthy and hydrated and avoid any big changes. On the day, we handle the rest — you just get to enjoy it.
