Keep your color looking expensive
Fresh color is easy. Color that still looks rich a month later takes a little care — and a few habits make all the difference.
Wait at least 48 hours before your first wash so the color can settle, then wash less often than you think. Every wash gently lifts tone, so stretch your wash days and use a color-safe, sulfate-free cleanser.
Turn the water down. Hot water opens the cuticle and fades color faster; lukewarm keeps it sealed and shiny. Finish with a cool rinse for extra gloss.
Protect against the sun and heat. UV and hot tools both dull color, so use a heat protectant and a leave-in with light UV defense.
Book your gloss or toner refresh on a rhythm rather than waiting until the color looks tired. A small touch-up keeps it looking salon-fresh for far longer.
