Salon policies

Clear, fair terms that keep the studio running smoothly for every guest. By booking an appointment you agree to the policies below.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to secure every appointment and is credited toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. We send your deposit link only after confirming your exact quote, so you always approve the full price first.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Plans change, and we understand. To move or cancel an appointment and keep your deposit, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit; no-shows may be asked for full prepayment on future bookings.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time so we can give you — and the guest after you — the full, unhurried appointment you deserve. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, and a late fee may apply.

Preparation

Unless you have booked a wash service, please come with clean, detangled, blow-dried hair. Arriving with unwashed or matted hair may require an added wash-and-prep charge or rescheduling. If you are bringing your own hair, we will tell you how many packs to purchase when we confirm.

Hair & extensions

We can source quality hair for you at an additional cost, or you may bring your own. We are not responsible for the performance of extensions you supply, but we will always advise you honestly on quantity and quality before your appointment.

Children & guests

To keep the studio calm, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children who are not being serviced. Children’s appointments are welcome under our Little Crowns services.

Satisfaction

Your happiness matters to us. If something is not right with your service, let us know within 7 days and we will make it right with a complimentary adjustment. This covers workmanship — it does not cover a change of mind on a style you approved.

Product returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange under our satisfaction guarantee. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Contact us and we will help.

Payments

We accept major cards and contactless payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
